 Answers to the most frequently asked questions:
 - Demo map, which you can see on the screenshots and the video, is included in the asset pack.
 - Demo map includes some unique (non-modular) static mesh based world elements, like terrain, curved roads etc.
 - Modular Road Set is a bunch of static meshes and is not set up to work with Landscape Splines.
 - Buildings are not modular.
 - Everything that is not marked HERE as modular is not actually modular.
 
 UE5 update:
 By default UE5 uses Dynamic GI and new Virtual Shadow Maps.
 To make the included demo map look as on the screenshots above do the following:
 Go to Project settings- Engine- Rendering and change Dynamic GI to None and Shadow Map method to Shadow Maps.
 Here's the short video.
 You can still use Virtual Shadow Maps if you need, just simply set Dynamic Shadow Distance of Directional light to 0. Video.
