Update 2: Added Inherited Velocity user parameter to assist with character movement speeds
Update 1: Added Electric and Lightning Versions with user parameters, these two are Local space by default.
8 Dragon Flame Niagara effects.
2 Flamethrower Niagara effects.
2 Electric Niagara effects
Dragon Flames leave burnt effects on collision
User Parameters allows for customization
