This is a package for an old classroom scene that contains about 200 assets for your games. Building materials are supporting different effects like dynamic dirt, adaptive tessellation etc. Most of the materials are instances so it is easy and fast to change any parameter.
Features:
87 props objects (books, notebooks, desks, chairs, blackboard, globe, calculator, alarm.
7 modular objects (walls, windows, ceiling pieces, etc.).
most of the materials have basecolor, normal, and an OcclusionRoughnessMetallic packed texture (R-Occlusion, B-Roughness, G-Metallic).
3 master materials (it's easy to do customization).
main scene and the demonstration scene.
24 materials instances.
12 materials.
5 decals types.
texture sizes from 512x512 to 4096x4096.
