100% Procedural in Houdini & Substance Designer. Rendered in Blender. I wanted to make a fast low-poly stylized town generator, all using a single texture map divided into quads, this is the result.
The town shown here took only about 15 seconds to generate and export in Houdini. I have 1-click import process into Blender, which sets everything up, ready to render including all props as instances.
