Adds support for Unity's Universal Render Pipeline in Unity 2020.
Unity's new Scriptable Render Pipeline (SRP) requires a full rewrite of all shaders for each version of each SRP. This module adds support for targeting the Universal Render Pipeline (2020.3LTS with URP 10.x), and works for all MicroSplat modules. Render Baking to textures is currently not supported.
Requires MicroSplat Core
URP supported version is 10.x on Unity 2020.3LTS
